What you’ll need to make a successful claim
To submit a claim, you must have an active Milwaukee MyAccount at the time you apply.
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) — must be fully legible and show:
- Model number and/or product description
- Price paid
- Retailer name (must be a participating/authorised retailer)
- Date of purchase
- A picture copy of the barcode on the receipt and the EAN/barcode number
- Serial number(s) (the claim form includes product details and serial validation)
- Delivery details (deliveries are UK & Ireland only)
Tip: Keep your packaging until you receive your redemption item — Milwaukee may request additional validation.

Key Terms & Conditions (plain-English summary)
- Promo dates: 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Mar 2026
- Claim deadline: All claims must be received by 31 Mar 2026 at 23:59
- Limited stock: Redemption items are first-come, first-served and subject to availability (while stocks last)
- Eligibility: UK & Ireland residents, 18+, delivery addresses must be in UK & Ireland
- Where you buy matters: Purchases must be from a Milwaukee authorised distributor/participating retailer
(no auction sites, non-participating marketplace sellers, imports, counterfeit, etc.) - Claim limits:
- One claim per proof of purchase
- Maximum one claim per calendar month during the promo period (promo covers Feb + Mar, so up to two claims total if you qualify in each month)
- No cash alternative: Redemption items are non-transferable and non-exchangeable (Milwaukee may substitute an item of equal/greater value if needed)
- Delivery: If approved, the redemption is dispatched within 14 working days and requires a signature
- Returns: If the qualifying purchase is refunded/returned, the claim becomes void and the redemption must be returned
